Tuning In & Powering Up

What’s it all about?

How often have you gone over and over something in your mind trying to figure out the ‘best’ or ‘right’ thing to choose or decide? Weighing up the pros and cons – except it can feel like they cancel each other out!

And so you go round and round in circles not knowing what to choose.

What if there was a reliable way to choose easily and peacefully?  There is…

Or perhaps there’s something occurring in your world that feels unsolvable or unchangeable?

Something that, no matter what you do, it seems you can’t change it. And you wish you could because you’d be much happier.

What if there was a way to solve the ‘unsolvable’ and change the ‘unchangeable’?  There is…

Or perhaps you find it easy to make choices? It’s just that things don’t turn out the way you hoped they would.

And perhaps you don’t want what you thought you did in the way that you have it.

What if there was a way to make satisfying and fulfilling choices?  There is…

Or perhaps you experience uncomfortable thoughts and emotions that you just can’t shake off? And you wish you could leave them behind because they impact every aspect of your life and hold you back in some way.

What if there was a way to let them go?  There is…

There is a different way to navigate and create your life.

I remember the moment, several years ago, when I realized that I could question my thoughts and beliefs. Until that point, I was certain that because the thought was mine, firmly lodged in my head, well…it must be true. Nowhere was this more evident than in my judgments of self and others. I began to examine individually these toxic “truths” and learned to ask, “Is it true?” Was there tangible proof to support this certainty or just another questionable idea? Might there be another perspective, one I’d never considered?

Challenging the stories I’d held onto for decades opened up so much space in my life for infinite possibilities. Once I was able to think less and poke around in the emotions and feelings associated with thought, I began to find my way toward my inner being, or what I like to call the Real Me.

Those old stories often don’t go quietly, and new ones gladly will unfold to serve the interests of thinking me. But I know I now have the power to step across that threshold of thought. In allowing the energy of feeling and intuition to guide me, I will find my way back to Real Me.
